Fitness specialists are here in order to adjust the training to you, in order for you to achieve the best and strongest version of yourself.
Everyone is different so the trainers at Agram Club pay a maximum amount of attention to you.
On the second floor of Agram Club you will find a spacious gym divided into two areas that will satisfy all your fitness needs. The first area is a room equipped with top-notch cardio machines and a cage for functional training. In the second area, you will find the most modern training equipment for recreational and functional use.
The personal training area is separated from other users, which allows you to have absolute privacy and focus. First, your personal trainer guides you through a diagnostic body fitness test, after which you create a detailed training plan together. By carefully monitoring results, you’re on the safe path to your desired goals.
Besides believing in a holistic approach to health, at Agram Club, we greatly appreciate an individual approach. Our trainers will share their knowledge and experience with you and help you create an exercise plan in accordance with your level of physical fitness, goals, and needs.
The first step in attaining the ideal shape is knowing the fitness level and possibilities of your own body. At Agram Club, you will go through a detailed test including functional movement, postural analysis and body content analysis.
